Install cost me $40 in parts

I bought this model specifically to replace our old one so I don't have to buy fittings or special parts to change from Delta to another brand. We have bad water here and we put a hole in our old bathtub faucet. The cartridge behind the water handle is not the same. And that cartridge was an extra $40, I had to buy the one I wanted that was cheaper.

Good Quality Delta Faucet

Installed Windemere faucet (oiled bronze) as part of a children's bathroom renovation. Uses Delta Faucet R10000-UNBX MultiChoice(R) Universal Bath & Shower Valve with Draft Body, sold separately. The finish feels solid and the shower spray is decent but not too powerful. Note that the handle only moves from the off position (as shown in the product image) to the fully raised position. So you only have 90 degrees of travel from off to max/hot.

Good upgrade kit but check the tub spout attachment first

This kit was easy to install and with one exception worked great to upgrade an old 13 series bath/shower faucet. The tub spout included in my kit is plugged directly onto the copper pipe. The old Delta tub spout I replaced bolted onto a threaded connection that was welded to a copper fitting. If you have this configuration and don't want to make any changes to the installation, purchase one of the upgrade kits that does not include the tub spout, then purchase the appropriate spout separately.

NOT as strong as the description! UPDATE

After reading a little more about how to install this shower head, there is a restrictive o-ring (inside the head where it connects to the head arm) before the return that helps this head admit water save up. If you need more pressure, just remove this restrictor ring and the pressure will be strong. If you need help there is a very helpful video on You Tube. 2 minute fix! Original rating. If you are looking for a nice shower head, you will find it here. If you are looking for a very powerful…

Found the problem of low flow and low water pressure on BT14296

We bought 3 of these in August 2015 when we started building our house. The first two worked great. Finally, in the summer of 2018, we installed the third one, and there were almost no leaks. We knew there was good pressure in the house. My husband replaced it with all other identical faucets and narrowed the problem down to the shower head. He disassembled the shower head and saw that it was clogged with duct tape and/or plumbing. He took a pocket knife and cleaned it. Now the third works just

DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

Aesthetically this shower faucet is perfect. But that is far from true. We had 2 plumbers working on our house and they both told us it was border plastic. The back of the shower grip doesn't screw perfectly flush with the shower screen - we learned that the hard way. As a result, the water slowly seeped away behind it and behind the wall water dripped into the first floor, to our kitchen. As a result, water entered our kitchen. Also, the faucet handle broke off completely after installation…

The durability of the finish is poor. Not a very good value.

Chromo. The product has not lasted a year without affecting the finish. I have well water but I use an inlet house filter and water softener. This is very disappointing, especially for the price. If you're purifying city water, this isn't a problem, but you should still use a softener. The shower head doesn't produce a very powerful jet which was also disappointing. My wife got me to switch it back to the old unit we were planning to replace. I even removed the water restrictor and it was only…
