We bought 3 of these in August 2015 when we started building our house. The first two worked great. Finally, in the summer of 2018, we installed the third one, and there were almost no leaks. We knew there was good pressure in the house. My husband replaced it with all other identical faucets and narrowed the problem down to the shower head. He disassembled the shower head and saw that it was clogged with duct tape and/or plumbing. He took a pocket knife and cleaned it. Now the third works just as well as the first two. BTW (irrelevant) note that he also recognized and removed the water restriction. Without that flow restrictor, the pressure was too high for our small shower, so he reinstalled the flow restrictor.
