I love how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used to everything about this program, there really isn't anything that can be said against using ziwo for your contact center or sales team needs. The only con would have to be their pricing structure - which has been recently changed however they do offer great discounts if purchased in bulk (which saves us money!). We've seen an increase in our customer satisfaction by over 50% since we started utilizing ziwo with our Sales force automation platform.
