Great Contact Center Solution & Excellent Customer Service

I love how easy it is to use, as well as all of its features! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used to everything about this program, there really isn't anything that can be said against using ziwo for your contact center or sales team needs. The only con would have to be their pricing structure - which has been recently changed however they do offer great discounts if purchased in bulk (which saves us money!). We've seen an increase in our customer satisfaction by over 50%…

  • This makes everyone feel appreciated when being given feedback regarding areas where improvement may need taken place within one anothers' personal profiles so i know what my managers are looking out fot me specifically insteadof having
