Good Sound Quality; Easy to use. We appreciate the fact that these devices do not require an FCC license. They appear sturdy and well built. The time will show. A few words about product quality control: We bought 12 pieces for our school. Two had broken PTT buttons (worked up but not down). The rest worked fine. The instruction manual could have been written better. It contained information about many additional functions, but no description of the simplest function: how to change the frequency. I figured it out, but this information should be in the instructions.
