For the last 19 years I have been struggling with an exhaust leak on my 340 Dodge Challenger. I had two things against me: Hedman headers are cheaper than high-end headers, so their flange is thinner, and all small Mopar blocks have 5/16" muffler bolts that loosen if you overtighten them . Before Remflex, I tried doubling the pads, cutting them so there were three separate pads, and adding high temp silicone, all with the same tick-tick-tick noise after a while.
