To check, I found some old 3mm electrode of an unknown brand, which was lying on the loggia for about 30 years. Of course, it is incorrect to talk about some kind of quality of work with it, but nevertheless, it coped with it quite well when installed on a 120A regulator. I just made sure that the device is working and nothing is heated anywhere. When buying, first of all I paid attention to reviews in and YouTube. I really liked the size - the mask takes up 4 times more space. Someone in the reviews about the cables wrote that they are aluminum . and so I have them marked as H01N2-D 1x16. If you look at the specification for this cable, then it is pure copper. Who cares, look on the Internet (links do not skip the moderator). Of course, the cross section of 16mm2 is not enough for the declared 200A, but, most likely, they will not be there .
