I love making noodles and egg noodles. This portable pasta maker is the perfect gift for me. I have a Kitchenaid blender so I bought a pasta maker for the blender but I didn't like it. I decided to give this machine a try and was amazed at how great this pasta maker is. Now I don't have to turn on the food processor when I want to cook pasta. It is very easy to make pasta with this machine. Looks solid and solid. Noodles come in different thicknesses. I just have to twist the knot and I have the different size noodles I want. What I like best about this car is the cleaning. Super easy to clean. It's stainless steel, so all I have to do is brush it and dust it with dry flour and it's clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves making pasta at home.
