Yes, per your description of the ZHH 1 Panel, it is 70 inches wide, however, after you thread it through your curtain rod, you end up about 4 to 5 inches shy of your goal.
So, caution consumers like me, always in a hurry with too much on their calendar, to remember when you have to feed the curtain through a curtain rod, it will not stretch to the full 70 inches wide across your window. Other than that, for the price, the design and durability, if it falls apart after the first wash, it's price is great.
