Don't buy this pan
Don't buy this pan if you're looking for a carbon steel pan to season and make non stick. This is not it. I tried to season this thing several times and several different ways. It did NOT develop any seasoning. And everything stuck to it, even bacon and sausage. I don't think it's real carbon steel. It looks like it's coated with something but it's not non -stick. Get a deBuyer or Matfer. I threw it in the trash once I had a real carbon steel pan.
- Great for stir-fry, eggs, and pancakes in addition to meats
- Not recommended for cooks who prefer to cook with minimal oil or butter
