I'm a chef, I'd like to spend time in the kitchen, so a knife is very important to me. This knife is purchased from CHIUSING, a high quality knife. This is a real Damascus steel knife. It's a good weight but not too heavy. Super sharp and feels good in the hand. And it looks good too. I have Shun as a chef's knife and it's almost the same quality. The blade seems a bit thicker than Shun's, but just as sharp. Great knife at an affordable price. I would recommend this product. The chef's knife made of Damascus steel is well balanced and fits my hand perfectly. I would buy it again.
