Could not be worse! Waste of money.

I really wanted to purchase this suitcase on the conditions that were at the time of the order (with a promotional code and a "split" payment. The suitcase was sent the wrong one. They sent a cheaper model without a handle and legs on the sides. Before buying, I read reviews and there were people with a similar situation .I assume that the supplier purposefully sends the wrong model. Is it possible that the  platform cannot influence the store in non-isolated cases. I am very upset by this. It is interesting that now there are no such purchase conditions.

Pros

Buying a suitcase would be just great if they brought the model that I ordered.
