I tried several anti bark collars and returned them all because they didn't have the combination of modes I needed. When I found this I was excited because with the phone app it did everything I needed. However, once I downloaded the app and connected it to my phone, it prompted me to allow or deny access to ALL the data and images on my phone. I was told that they store everything in the cloud and are very careful about the confidentiality of all data. It wasn't my intention to give them access to ALL the data and photos on my phone, so I replied "Deny" and started setting up the collar the way I wanted it. Then the software told me that not all modes and settings are available to me because I don't allow them access to ALL my phone's data. This killed most of the modes I wanted. WHY DOES THE MANUFACTURER OF THIS DOG COLLAR WANT ACCESS TO ALL MY DATA? I called their customer service in Oregon (3 hours behind us) and no one answered the call. I have called 4 times so far with no reply and I have emailed them twice with no reply. I'll give you the collar back.
