Purchased at the end of February last year. Initially it worked fine, like any other Bluetooth dongle in this price range. Bonus points because it can connect two devices at the same time. Now the dongle started dropping connections to devices shortly after plugging it in. When I contacted Asus support, I was surprised at the difficult ASUS return process for a cheap device that I was able to buy from a number of other sellers. Their phone support is a joke. The call lasted 28 minutes and on top of that they want me to "carefully" pack the key and pay the $15 return shipping cost for the device. I have purchased many ASUS products over the past twenty years and beyond. Experience I think it will be my last. Go with a manufacturer who would rather take care of their customer than make it overly difficult to get a replacement. Resubmitting this review as Revain rejects bad reviews from large companies. I think it's important for people to know that there are many other dongles from manufacturers that offer decent RMA support.
