I just installed it in my practice room next to my heavy bag. WORKS PERFECTLY! I have found it to be less damaging to my hands and arms than a regular heavy bag. (In my 50s, I was training for my first sanctioned amateur fight—there are worse hobbies). I did heavy bag exercises to Nate Bowers to improve the condition. Check them out if you haven't already (You Tube). I switch between the bags depending on the combination. A heavy bag is better for high-low combinations, straight buoys, hooks and uppercuts. An excellent addition to the training process. Keep moving and stay healthy everyone.
