I like that it is easy for users with no IT knowledge to set up and manage backup procedures.

The system has an extensive help section which can be accessed at any time via phone or online chat services. There was nothing in particular about this service I disliked but one thing we noticed over the years is that there really isn't much you could do aside from backing-up data. This product does what it says on the tin - makes backups simple! It's very useful for businesses who don't have a lot of technical people involved in setting up servers/backups etc.
