Review on ☕ Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker: Single Serve 12-Cup Carafe Drip Brewer for K-Cup Pods and Ground Coffee, Black by Dina Harvey

We love the looks and dual functionality of the K-Duo Plus. Elegant, sexy, looks gorgeous on the countertop. The stainless steel carafe keeps the heat for a long time and programming is easy. However, there seems to be a serious electrical flaw in the design. We haven't had a last one in over a couple of weeks. Our 5th just failed. yes five Some last a week or two, some just a few days. It's always the same problem; Turn it on, start a brew cycle and it turns off almost immediately. Reset, try again, same error. An electrician came to us twice to check the wiring in our house. There's no problem, they failed on multiple circuits, so the Keurig design must be at fault. When we speak to Keurig support, they've always been accommodating, but they don't provide any details as to why it's crashing. They quickly ship a new unit and assure us that the new one will not fail. As in a toxic relationship, when Nuki is very good, we kept coming back hoping that next time it would be different. But unfortunately, K-Duo Plus wasn't a very good friend in bed. If they could fix the electrical issues this would be a great coffee maker. But until then, we'll find our love of coffee elsewhere.
