Let's start with the screws. Three things: 1. Drill an appropriate size pilot hole2. Use a suitable screwdriver3. Don't overtighten. Considering these three things, I found it very easy to install without the risk of removing the screws or the holes they went into. I installed it on my new standalone high table. I actually have two, one for my desktop and one for my backup power supply. I'm very confident that I can hold everyone's weight very well. Excellent fit and finish. At first I was concerned that the small pin holding the adjustable part would not be strong enough and the adjustable part could slide down. Don't worry at all. This needle is very strong and under the weight of what you are hanging it will not go anywhere. It is very easy to adjust and I was able to adjust it to both the tower and the PSU. It's a bit big for an AC adapter, but that doesn't matter. The power supply fits well, is level and stable enough even when the table is moved up or down. The included drilling template is excellent and I recommend using it for marking and drilling mounting holes. At first I callously tossed it aside as I usually find that these templates aren't sized to show the outside dimensions of the frame, just the hole patterns, but I was wrong. The edges of the paper are really the edges of the frame, which worked great when trying to slide the mount right up to the table frame. After installing them I now have my entire desk setup mounted under or on top of my desk. The only cable that comes out of all this is the power cable. Seriously, great setup!
