Review on Gigabyte M27Q-SA 27" Monitor: Response FreeSync, 2560X1440P, 170Hz | Flicker-Free, Height & Tilt Adjustment, Blue Light Filter | HD Display by Joshua Barker

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great but. in my rating

I would like to give five stars for that. The monitor is very well made. It's also great for gaming. However, I ordered it on May 18th, and now it is July 1st of the same year. A green dot has already formed in the upper right corner of the monitor. yippee So great monitor. Short life I guess. Guess I'll wait and see if it's a green screen, forming a green chunk in the middle, or just a pixel dying. Either way, dammit. As for the second monitor (I bought two). everything OK. Weird bit with the second monitor. it has a different power indicator in the lower right corner. A monitor with such a short lifespan has a few millimeters of light there. The other has a needle stick. The second monitor also has a much smaller icon size than the first. I don't quite understand what's going on here. The two monitors should be identical, but one is definitely slightly different from the other. One works fine. Another is already dying. Would I buy them again? Even though one is already dying? Probably. Am I happy about this? Not at all. Good. It's the 21st century, and nothing good happens in the 21st century. I hope at least one pixel falls out and that's the end.
