Review on WhisperKOOL 4000 Wine Cooling Unit by Brockington Zuniga

The first two units I received were without power on arrival with an alarm code COH (capacitor coil overheating?). In both cases, I noticed that the fan on the back of the device was not working at all. It took me a lot of phone calls, emails, and follow-up calls to product support. The third block finally arrived and luckily didn't have the same problem with COH. The whole process took about 4 weeks with two false starts. Needless to say it was very frustrating and time consuming.
