High quality. This is my third. Fast delivery! Made in the USA, unlike Chinese hardware store chains. Yes it will rust, no big deal. This is to be expected from class 100 onwards. Spray with Sta-bil rust protection. Use it to secure a zero turn and a trailer to a tree with a Stanley S828-160 lock (barely fits).
