It helps me to understand my business better, it allows for more accurate pricing of services/products that I provide; also saves time as we can track projects at one place which makes life easier! The support team have always been very responsive when needed even over weekends or holidays (which sometimes make you feel left out but they will still help).

Nothing much really dislike about this product so far - maybe some minor UI glitches with certain browsers like IE11 could be fixed by them? Pricing tool was developed using AngularJS & Laravel frameworks along side Nodejs back-end service providing REST API endpoints that interact between front–backends via SOAP APIs through WCF Services hosted locally / remotely within windows environment.
