Allows businesses and freelance contractors alike

It helps me to understand my business better, it allows for more accurate pricing of services/products that I provide; also saves time as we can track projects at one place which makes life easier! The support team have always been very responsive when needed even over weekends or holidays (which sometimes make you feel left out but they will still help). Nothing much really dislike about this product so far - maybe some minor UI glitches with certain browsers like IE11 could be fixed by them?

  • I like how easy to use the product is, the fact that it has a great support team and the fact that it helps me to understand my business better
