I paid about $315 after tax for this gun safe. Received this today (delivered to my porch). I ordered it a week or two in advance, so I was happy to get my hands on it, set it up, and put it to good use. I opened the box and (tried) to start the installation but I couldn't because the safe literally wouldn't open. I called Barska customer service (probably 10 times), emailed and finally got through with someone from the supplier relations team (not customer service). They walked me through troubleshooting and even I couldn't get the safe to work. She said that the safe's frame was probably bent so it wouldn't open and that I should return it. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed. Cost, expectation and quality resulted in a 1 star rating, safe return and loss of a customer. Save money and buy a stronger (higher quality) safe.
