Difficult to open

The safe is difficult to open with no handle or grip. I contacted Barska support for a solution but there was no reply for 2 weeks. Biometrics is also sensitive - sometimes it takes 3 attempts

Nice safe box.

So far super safe! Setting it up to read my fingerprints was easy. And so far he has read them every time. Only criticism is that there is no handle on the door. But I have a magnet stick to fix it. I also want the felt to be glued on. Overall, for the price, I like the size of this safe and the 3 ways to open it.

Save money

I paid about $315 after tax for this gun safe. Received this today (delivered to my porch). I ordered it a week or two in advance, so I was happy to get my hands on it, set it up, and put it to good use. I opened the box and (tried) to start the installation but I couldn't because the safe literally wouldn't open. I called Barska customer service (probably 10 times), emailed and finally got through with someone from the supplier relations team (not customer service). They walked me through…
