I like that it's very easy to use, you can upload your permits as well! The customer service was excellent when we had questions or needed help with something not working properly/etc.

There are some things about this software (or maybe just my computer) but sometimes if there isn't enough space for more information they won't let me add anymore info so it makes finding out what exactly happened difficult at times. It has helped us solve our parking issues by creating monthly reports of all tickets issued, paid etc., plus giving each employee their own permit number which helps make sure everyone knows how many spots are available per day.
