Great experience using Inspection Station Pro

I like how you can create your own rules to customize what type of permits are issued for different locations, but also that they have very responsive customer service when there's an issue or question about their software. There really isn't anything bad at all - everything works great! The ability to track permit applications online (both initial application as well as renewals) makes it easy if someone forgets something along with other documents needed by city departments such as building…

Excellent Customer Service and Very Helpful

I like that it's very easy to use, you can upload your permits as well! The customer service was excellent when we had questions or needed help with something not working properly/etc. There are some things about this software (or maybe just my computer) but sometimes if there isn't enough space for more information they won't let me add anymore info so it makes finding out what exactly happened difficult at times. It has helped us solve our parking issues by creating monthly reports of all…

  • Also helpful having ticket history saved from previous years helping keep track
