This brace does exactly what the description says I am recovering from wrist surgery. TheraPAQ helps me with swelling and pain (cold therapy), stiffness and warming up before hand exercises (heat therapy), as well as support at night and with various daily activities. This is a very versatile product. I would recommend it to anyone while healing a broken wrist. Suggestion: indicate in the product description where you can buy an additional gel pack. I want two packs, one for cold use and one for hot use.
