I have to be honest with my experience. I have an older eonon radio (G2110F) that I am installing in another car. It still works well, barring a few oddities you'd expect from a Chinese-built radio. In my experience anyway. A few days after installation, the sound stopped. I have made sure everything is correct. I have updated the firmware as requested by the seller. By the way, they answered me quickly. And I understand that sometimes things happen and things fail. On my tour with the seller they offered me a newer version but couldn't easily swap out the block I had. They offered to return it to see if they could fix it but that would take time. So I just bought another one and returned the first Revain unit for a refund. The second block works fine. I haven't had it that long, maybe a week or two. So, radio, yes, I like it. The advantages of a full-fledged Android radio over Android Auto are enormous. Not without mistakes. But I should have a full-fledged android. bottom line. It costs money. Ok, I bought two of these. I had to return one and was simply recognized by Revain because the sound stopped working. I installed the second last December. Now the hark keys don't work anymore. The buttons are one of the main reasons I bought this device. I haven't done a hard reset yet but when I do I lose all my information including the offline maps app which took hours to download all the maps. I need to know if there is a way to fix this. Many Thanks.
