Review on 🚗 Bilstein 5100 Series Front Shock Absorber (24-186735): Superior Performance for Optimal Ride Quality by Robert Bigelow

My rating is for the 5100, not those HDs that show. My rating is they suck! Really, I'm serious, they drive so damn relentlessly that I've gone from a decent truck to a real brick on wheels. I regret buying these shock absorbers. I should have gone for a Rancho XL9000 or Fox 2.0. These 5100s are the stiffest shocks you can get On a truck I have a 2002 2500HD 4x4 6.0 and the shocks weren't bad but I just wanted to upgrade to 5100 which I've heard so much about and learn live that is all i can say when i drive on the white painted stripes road at the stop sign it will be like hitting a pothole you can feel every little crack in the road i think my truck is 9 months old and i am already buying either a regulated Rancos XL or a Fox 2.0 and throw the Bilsteins in the trash, they went downhill, they only sell them for reps. I have read many reviews from people who have Toyota, Ford and Chevy/GMC trucks. and there were more negative reviews about the 5100 than people praising them highly and the complaint is the same they are for a rough ride DON'T DO THIS you have been warned. You will be very disappointed.
