No complaints, I recommend to buy.
Its advantages include a generally high-quality audio experience even when not playing a game or connected to the internet. The only thing I don't like about the lovely is the leatherette on the exterior; although it is soft and pleasant to the touch, leatherette is typically not very durable. Weak around the head arc; you run the risk of breaking it if you don't handle it cautiously.
