Pricey compared to regular shampoo and you definitely won't get it by the gallon but it has made my hair look amazing. You don't need a lot of product either. I have a level 1 with a 3c/4a curl. I recently switched to an 11/12 platinum blonde so I was desperate for a mild shampoo and firm conditioner. The silky moisturizer is very light and doesn't leave my blond hair yellow.
