Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Premium Walnut Magnetic Knife Holder Strip - 12 inches, USA Made by Tim Curd

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very very strong, no "dead zones "

This is exactly what I needed and wanted in a magnetic knife holder. I recently bought a set of 18 Damascus steel kitchen knives and steak knives and they are too beautiful to put in a drawer. I needed something durable, good looking and suitable for the space I had. I was very happy when I found this knife holder and read the reviews. The one where the man used it to hang a gun collection really convinced me it could hold my knives. I did another dance of joy when I found that it came in 30" as the space I had was about 32" wide and not high enough to fit 2 rows of racks. The stand holds my knives well and is very secure. It has no "dead spots" except for a small space where the screws are located, allowing you to position the knives anywhere along its length, including up to the edges. Hanging was easy. I used my own hanging hardware (I felt more comfortable using longer screws and metal dowels instead of plastic ones) and after reading other reviews I decided not to drive the wooden dowels all the way in so I could get them out. later if I have to (don't leave behind if I move!) Overall I am very happy with this knife holder and if I had more space I would buy more.

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Nothing
