Review on PatientClick by Adam Rogers

We have found that it is very helpful to look up patients in our database as well as inputting information about them for their upcoming appointments. You can also export your data into other applications such as Open Clinica if you choose not to use Patientclick all the time through out the day. It's an easy application to navigate and there are plenty of tutorials/helpful videos online to help get started with patientclick. There really isn't anything I dislike about this software. If we had any problems at first they were corrected immediately by customer service. They support was incredibly knowledgeable even though they offered many ways to complete tasks through out the system. This program has greatly improved efficiency within my organization. In addition, being able to input appointment notes directly from the scheduling tool helps ensure accurate documentation of what takes place during each visit; without having to transcribe after hours (which could be difficult).
