This hole saw has been great so far. It cuts through plywood like a hot knife through butter. The hole saw literally flies off the drill when you snap both the drill and hole saw into place without lightly touching the cut surface. Once it starts spinning on the drill if you don't start cutting without releasing the trigger it will go away. I drilled a pilot hole first without a hole saw attached. Then I attached the hole saw to the drill press, put the hole saw and drill bit in the pilot hole, pressed the hole saw against the material, done. It takes a little getting used to, but you don't have to try mounting it on the mandrel just yet.
