It's a pity to give 1 star because the case is very cool and durable. The components are all really neat, but when I got the device, the graphics card was gone. I don't know if this was a previously returned product or if it was taken by the manufacturer but I couldn't believe it was the case. I know these cards are hard to come by, but c'mon dude. Update: After chilling over the weekend and filling out a ticket with Thermaltake customer service and looking for the serial number, I took a closer look at the components and found that the memory module and the M.2 SSD were also stolen or forgot to install during assembly . I won't be surprised if the processor isn't under the fan, but I won't even look. I thought I got lucky when a computer was available and should have ordered one of the others I found that evening, but this case really drew me in. Well, bad luck on my part and first world problems.
