For the price, this system really is hard to beat. It runs a slightly older AMD model, but for gaming, the 3080 does all the hard work. I was a bit annoyed that they didn't install a light controller that comes with a liquid cooler other than it was packed insanely well with expanding foam all over. Was a great PC. Well packaged, neat case, powerful device. However, after a few hours it shut down, entered a boot loop and wouldn't start. Has taken various troubleshooting steps himself (has worked in tech support for over a decade and usually builds his own machines). However had to return it with no offer of tech support to see if they know what the problem is. No replacement offer. Could only go back. I only wish we could go for the 3080 brand Otherwise this machine started and ran great from the start. So far there have been no problems. I thought I heard it in another room but it turned out to be very quiet there. I have laptops that make more noise than this one. In general, I was skeptical at first because I work in IT and work with computers all day. They really exceeded my expectations in that regard. RGB requires additional software and setup, but it's pretty easy.

Great PC - fantastic performance and quieter than my air-cooled PC. Mine came with a PNY 3080 card. They started very quickly and everyone was already up to date. Spam is not installed. A few small "cons" for me: The packaging is great, but it's hard to get it out of the box with only two giant pieces of styrofoam. It needs to be disassembled so you can remove the computer.
