Was a great PC. Well packaged, neat case, powerful device. However, after a few hours it shut down, entered a boot loop and wouldn't start. Has taken various troubleshooting steps himself (has worked in tech support for over a decade and usually builds his own machines). However had to return it with no offer of tech support to see if they know what the problem is. No replacement offer. Could only go back. According to UPS, they returned the computer two days ago, but have not yet processed the return. So far I've lost my $3,000 and haven't had anything to show for over a week. Very disappointing. Can be persuaded to up the rating if the company contacts me for a replacement or repair with expedited return, but as it stands I have to rate it low.
