I bought one of these over 20 years ago and I really like it. Still there. I bought a second one so I can process multiple items without having to stop and clean it. I don't like the rasp disc, it's junk, but the blade is cool. I use this item for everything. Great for making homemade sauces, dog food, baby food etc. Some people have found they are unhappy with the way it sits on the blender. My first sits lower and is sturdier so I use the original base but with some force holding the device you get the same results. I would suggest getting a Hamilton Beach Mixer Base or something similar. More fashionable models and brands do not match this product, hence the "Hamilton Beach" brand.
