I am very disappointed to write this negative review. I loved the look and even more the key fobs that the kids could toss in their book bags and forget about and if I'm busy and can't let them in after school they might climb in on their own but there are major downsides that will not make it work for 99% of households. During installation, as shown in the pictures, the bolt gets in the way. The only way to mount it would be upside down and then it wouldn't work properly. You can say remove the latch. Then you have a semi-circular hole that has a door thrown at the top. Really sure. So unfortunately a minus and I had to go back and buy a much more expensive one that works perfectly.
