I loved playing this game as a child. Now my husband and I play it several times a week. It's easy to set up and put away, and has just enough brain stimulation to be fun and challenging without being complicated or boring. Tiles have definitely been updated in this version. They are more like a "formica" or "tile" type substance and they are solid, as opposed to the more hollow plastic tiles of my youth. The only drawback is the shape of the box. The triangular shape makes it impossible to sit on my shelf with other games without bulging out. We ended up throwing the box away and found a small clear box to put tiles in.
