Update: After contacting the seller directly, the problem was solved. It's not often that a company solves a problem with their product so quickly, but this company went above and beyond. Thank you Candy for great customer service. I would definitely buy from PDEEY again knowing that you will stand behind your product. Back to 4 stars because the product isn't just the item itself, it's the business behind it. I really liked this bag because it's big enough to put everything I need, but I sometimes take it off to adjust the seat and also to work on my bike. Now the velcro parts don't hold up well and the bag comes off when riding over bumps or rough roads. I've only had it for two months so the return period has passed. Now I have a bag that I can't use. Update: Changed to 1 star because as I was still using it and used a different strap to hold the bag I got caught in the rain and it's definitely not waterproof as advertised. in description. everything inside was wet and had to be stuffed with newspaper to dry the bag. I will look for the best product. Again the return window is closed otherwise I would send it back.
