We bought more than 5 of these for the office, they work fine, but when the printer prints +\- 80,000 pages, it starts jamming the paper in the feeder area and in the duplex area (on the back). The problem on all 5 printers is the same. The rollers were changed, a full maintenance was done, 1-2 days after the maintenance, the story of chewing repeats. If you have a large volume of printing, then it is better to look for another one, there are good options from the same manufacturer a little cheaper but without such problems. Addendum 01/21/2022: Printer disease - black spots, you need to constantly clean the rubber roller.
