I love this scale because it helps me keep track of my keto macros. To be honest I don't understand some of the complaints about scales being difficult to use - read the instructions guys! Yes you have to enter code numbers to get a nutritional breakdown but to my knowledge there is no food scale with a computer chip and a camera that shows what food you put on it and if it were it would be so damn expensive that you can not afford it! Just read and follow the instructions and don't expect someone else to do all the work for you.
