KIWI3 ODB Scanner & IOS App - Garbage

I paid $100 for ODB Mobile Scanner/Adapter on 03/01/18 and had to purchase the $11 IOS App. Remember using that unwanted adapter 6 months ago when I had to replace the fuel sensor. To get it, I think about 18 months of using a $100 adapter (plus an $11 app) plugged into the same car before it stopped working is just pathetic. You spend $100 and then have to pay another $11 app to get it. use an adapter. $111 for what I think is 18 months of use. What a waste of my money? I decided to return to Revain to purchase the BlueDriver OBD2 Bluetooth for iOS which is the most popular mobile ODB adapter. The KIWI3 ODB app and the adapter have always been very buggy. Almost every time I used them, I had to unplug the adapter, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and restart the app for it to connect or work properly. I could only get fault codes and clear them for most other functions. You want more money i.e. after paying $111. Really what a bunch of beds! Looking back, I bought all of the SEMA ads. I never thought to see if a guarantee was hidden in a link to disclaimer text; that was my fault. The only good part of the product support was my phone call and emails with a technician. $14 for a 3-year warranty to protect your purchase.
