Review on ACDelco 19329491 Original Equipment Window by Josh Chenier

Easy installation. Fits perfectly and works great. The price was right too. Replaced the wiper motor twice. Usually (when it's about to fail) it starts to get stuck and I have to get out and do the wipers to get it working again. When I replaced the old unit this time, I noticed that where the wiper shaft attached to the nut, the slotted hole area was filled with dirt (due to the salt and sand in my area). Now I'm thinking that maybe the old motor wasn't so bad after all - maybe it was just caked with dirt. This time I cleaned the area very well and hopefully it will last a long time. Another note: the door must be closed for the device to work. When you turn on the wipers with the door open, 12 volts are sent to the unit, but after you turn them on with the door open, they don't work.
