No bitter diet food taste; no grittiness or undisolved powder either! This is truly a tasty protein shake. I use 6 oz cold water, 1/2 cup of crushed ice, and a scoop of protein powder. Blend in small Hamilton Beach blender. Thick like a real chocolate shake!
