Review on 2-Piece Set: Master Lock 2848DAT Key Alike Receiver and Coupler Latch Locks by Adam Nikolz

This is a great trailer lock set. I like that the lock cylinders are connected to a key. The product itself is simply 4 start. The only (minor) issue I had was that the connector's locking pin had somehow bent during use. It may have been because someone had unscrewed the hitch lock, in which case the lock had done its job and bent rather than broken to keep my trailer secure. What really makes this product 5 stars in my opinion is Master Lock's customer service. On a recent trip I came home to find that the key cylinder for the hitch lock lock was missing. Thankfully, the friction (and flex mentioned above) held the pin in place, but I clearly needed a replacement. I was willing to pay half the cost of this set (or more) just to replace a lock cylinder with a similar key, but a quick call to Master Lock allowed me to have a whole new set of locks delivered for free - something completely unexpected Surprise. .
