I bought this for my front porch. My entrance is glazed with no windows and when it rains with the wind it gets very humid inside. Although the section is designed for outdoor use, it not only protects the fabric and weave, but also allows the sofa to be used after rain instead of having to wait 2 days for the cushions to dry. I overestimated the size, but I would have preferred it to be too big. big versus too small. It worked really well to protect the furniture and keep everything dry. Folding is uncomfortable, but that's because of the size. I fold it up and tuck it under the coffee table. Here are photos of the covered and uncovered porch so you can see how massive it is! Definitely better than the cut cover which costs over $100! So it was a win!
