I was a bit skeptical about this product but definitely very surprised. I had a dent in the back door of my SUV (thanks to a terrible towing company) that was driving me crazy just looking at it. I didn't want to pay anyone to remove the dent so I decided to order this product. I have to say that with the variety of pull tabs available, it was very easy to find a pull tab suitable to repair the dent. The process is really simple, just heat the glue, apply it to the tongue, then place the tongue on the dent area and let it cool. After a few minutes, you can use the pull tool to push out the dent. Rubbing alcohol easily removes glue. I had a fairly large dent so I had to repeat the process a couple of times to remove the entire dent but I was very happy with the result. Didn't damage the paint at all. A really inexpensive way to repair dents.
